Shipping & Returns

We use An Post or Fastway for all of our deliveries.

All deliveries are registered and well packaged because, we want to ensure you recieve your purchase in perfect condition.

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom, EU member states and other select International destinations.

All Standard Shipping orders dispatch within 2-4 working days.  Express shipment will be dispatched within 1-2 days of placing your order.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

 

Ireland 

Standard Delivery is €4.00

Express delivery is €5.00

Orders over €50 - receive free standard shipping 

 

United Kingdom

UK standard delivery is €5.00 and takes approximately 3-4 working days.

There is no express service to the UK

Order over €75 - receive free standard shipping 

 

European Union

EU standard delivery is €8.00.

There is no express service to EU destinations.

Order over €75 - receive free standard shipping 

 

Rest of the World:    United StatesCanada, Australia & New Zealand.

Standard delivery is €15.00 and takes approximately 7 - 10 working days from time of shipment.

 

RETURNS

 

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, should you wish to return an item, we aim to make the process as quick and convenient as possible.

We guarantee a full refund (minus shipping costs) or product exchange if the item is returned in an unused/unopened condition, within 14 days of receiving the order.  Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.

Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any sale item received after this will be sent back to the original delivery address.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund.

A refund is the full purchase price of the item returned, less any shipping charges and promo discounts.

The item must be returned unused with all packaging and labels intact.

On receipt of the returned item at our dispatch centre, the item will be checked and processed within 48 hours.

Note: Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume, smoke, etc.) will not be refunded and any such items will be sent back to the original delivery address.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price of the returned item(s) (delivery fees are excluded) will be credited when the parcel has been received and your return processed.

Please indicate on the original shipping note the reason for the return.

All items are the property of the customer until received back in the dispatch centre.

Please be aware that return postage fees will not be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods is due to an error made by us. If the error is ours, we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.

Goods returned after 14 days of receipt will not be exchanged or refunded.

 

How do I return items?

Goods should be returned using the original packaging the goods were shipped in.

This bag has a double sealing tape at the top, so the bag can be reused for this purpose.

 

Refunds

All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.

Items will be examined to ensure they are returned in good condition. An email will be sent confirming the refund.

After you have received the email please allow 21 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
